Before purchasing inG8 for iOS or inG8 for Android, you agree that you have downloaded and tested the demo version of the software. You further agree that you have read and understand the data recovery support and limitations below.

Data Recovery from iOS Devices
inG8 for iOS can recover deleted data from iPhones, iPads, and iPod Touches. Deleted data can be recovered from the device itself or from iTunes backup files. inG8 can recover data in two ways. The first is by recovering deleted data that has been deleted but has not been overwritten by the operating system. This is for data such as text messages (SMS), call logs, contacts, and other text based data. The other way inG8 recovers data is by finding data in places the user does not have access to from the device. Examples of this are recovering data that was deleted from the phone by finding it in the iTunes backup file or iCloud backup. Another example of this may be finding photos that are hidden by file hiding apps or finding attached photos or videos buried deep in messages, even if the original photos have been deleted from the camera roll.

Data Recovery from Android Devices
inG8 for Android can recover deleted data from any version of Android as long as it can connect via manufacture drivers via Windows. Users agree to test the ability to connect and download data from their device before purchasing inG8 for Android. Deleted data can be recovered from the device itself or from the microSD card. inG8 can recover data in two ways. The first is by recovering deleted data that has been deleted but has not been overwritten by the operating system. This is for data such as text messages (SMS), call logs, contacts, and other text based data. The other way inG8 recovers data is by finding data in places the user does not have access to from the device. Examples of this are recovering photos that are hidden by file hiding apps or finding attached photos or videos buried deep in messages, even if the original photos have been deleted from the camera roll.

General Data Recovery Notes
inG8 cannot guarantee any specific data will be recovered. Deleted data is volatile and may simply not exist anymore for recovery. Sometimes, partial data recovery is possible. In these cases, inG8 may only be able to recover a portion of a message or photo. inG8 attempts to remove duplicate data that has been recovered. This means that if a text message was deleted but several copies of the message are recovered, inG8 will only display one copy of the recovered message. Exceptions to this occur when partial messages are recovered. If a message has a duplicate that was recovered but only a portion of the message was recovered, inG8 will display both or all copies of the messages that do not match exactly.

Circumstances of Refunds & Exchanges
1. Multiple-purchases of the same product: In the event multiple licenses of the same product were purchased accidentally, inG8 Software will refund all but one of the purchases.
2. Purchase of the wrong product: In the event the wrong product was purchased, inG8 Software will exchange the license for the proper product as long as the wrong product was not registered. By registering the product, users agree that they cannot exchange the product for a different product.
3. The software has terminal technical problems and inG8 software cannot provide a fix within 30 days. Terminal technical issues include not being able to register your software, not being able to run your software, or similar problems that restrict the product from working.

Circumstances of No Refunds
1. Customer changes their minds, fails to read the product capabilities, or fails to use the trial version to determine if the product works with their device.
2. Failure to recover specific deleted data: inG8 Software cannot guarantee any specific piece or type of data will be recovered. There are many circumstances where data no longer exists after it is deleted and it is impossible to recover.
3. Failure to work with a specific device: Because users are required to use the demo version of the software before purchasing and because not having the proper drivers may restrict a connection, inG8 Software cannot issue refunds if the software fails to download data from your device. It is your responsibility to test your device with the demo version before purchasing.
